3.2.4. Dismantling of a head of cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clamp in a vice a head of cylinders for the bracket attached to one of hairpins of a final collector.
2. Remove a camshaft. Turn off bolts of covers of bearings a cross on a cross from edges to the middle and uncover.
3. Removal and installation of valves requires the special tool shown in drawing. Tighten the tool before compression of a spring and then remove crackers of valves. (For removal of valves it is possible to use also a piece of a tube.)
4. Take out cups of springs and a spring. Remove maslootrazhatelny caps from cores of valves and at once throw out as they are subject to replacement. Hold all details of each valve together.
5. Lay valves in the turned cardboard box and near each valve write its number.
6. Remove all details which remained on a head of cylinders.
