GENERAL INFORMATION

At assembly of pistons and rods to observe the following instructions:

The arrow on the piston bottom (or put, or on a new rod with an arrow) has to be turned to forward part of the engine.

The tag of "VORN" on a rod has to be turned to forward part of the engine. On a rod near the bearing there is a small ledge which has to settle down closer to the forward party of the engine.

Indexes of numbers of tsilinr on rods and covers of bearings have to coincide.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. By means of nippers for lock rings insert one of lock rings into a piston opening. The ring has to sit down in a pro-point well.
2. Warm the piston on an electric stove or in hot water to about 80 °C, oil a finger and an opening of the piston engine and press a finger a thumb into correctly connected piston and a rod against the stop of a finger in a lock ring on the other hand. Establish the second lock ring in a piston opening.
3. Check that after assembly the piston can overturn on a rod freely in both parties.
4. Put on both compression rings and an oil scraper ring. Both compression rings can be established by mistake turned. In order to avoid a mistake on one of the parties letters "T" or "N" and these letters after putting on of a ring are put have to be visible from the piston bottom (from above).
