2.6.1. Check and replacement of brushes of screenwash

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. It is necessary to check periodically a condition of a cleaner and brushes of a windshield, existence of damages, the weakened connections, and also cracks and wear of working part of brushes.
2. In use on working parts of brushes deposits of dirt and dust therefore efficiency of purification of glasses decreases collect. Therefore brushes should be washed out regularly weak solution of detergent.
3. During the operation of the mechanism of a screen wiper there is a weakening of threaded connections (bolts, nuts, fixing brackets). Therefore the mechanism of a screen wiper needs periodic check and pulling up of the specified connections. At the same time it is expedient to check a condition of brushes.
4. At detection on scraper parts of brushes of cracks, wear tracks and deformations or if brushes cease to clear glass, they should be replaced new.
	5. Remove brush holders assembled with brushes from levers for what press a latch, then pull together the brush holder from the lever, having inclined on the bent site.
	6. Get a working element of a brush, having extended it on the right side of a brush holder framework.
	7. Insert a new brush on the right side of a brush holder framework so that small combs on a brush came into a brush holder bracket. Stretch a brush before full installation in a framework then fix a brush, having pressed combs under a framework bracket.
