Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a check point (transmission), being guided by the description in subsection 7.1.5 and subsection 7.2.8.
2. The epiploon can be removed without dismantle of the oil pallet or removal of the holder of an epiploon. However such way is not recommended as the epiploon is established in the holder with a big tightness and therefore it is possible to damage an epiploon or in the holder, or at installation. If you nevertheless want to try, a screw-driver take an old epiploon.
3. Grease a neck of the crankshaft and working edges of a new epiploon with universal jellied greasing and carefully establish an epiploon into place. A working edge of an epiploon very rigid therefore at installation on the crankshaft push an epiploon carefully, working with a smooth subject, for example, the end of the handle of the extender. In easy blows press an epiploon into place. Do not strike sharp blows, otherwise the epiploon can be damaged.
4. It is recommended to apply a method which is described below. However opening of consolidation in back part of the oil pallet (see subsection 3.1.1.12) and removal of the holder of an epiploon will be required here.
5. Turn off two extreme back bolts of the pallet which are screwed in the holder. Open by the pallet consolidation between back part of the pallet and the holder of an epiploon. Turn off bolts, remove the holder and remove the laying remains. Remove consolidation from the demountable plane of the pallet.

Prevention

Close open part of the pallet pure rags that the consolidation remains during fastening of the pallet at assembly did not get.

6. Having put to the holder with an epiploon on two wooden whetstones, beat out an epiploon a screw-driver from a reverse side.

7. Press in the holder a new epiploon in blows of a hammer through a wooden pro-rate, or by means of a pipe piece with outer diameter a little smaller than diameter of an epiploon.
8. Grease working edges of a new epiploon and a neck of the crankshaft with universal jellied greasing. Establish new laying of the holder of an epiploon on the block of cylinders. On the opened part of the oil pallet apply with drops RTV sealant, especially on the plane adjacent to the block of cylinders.
9. Carefully dress an epiploon with the holder on a crankshaft neck. A working edge of an epiploon very rigid therefore at installation on the crankshaft push an epiploon carefully, working with a smooth subject, for example, the end of the handle of the extender. In easy blows press an epiploon into place.
10. Tighten bolts of fastening of the holder with the moment specified in subsection 3.1.1.1)
11. Other operations are carried out upside-down.
